Description

MSM (Methyl-Sulfonyl-Methane), also known as dimethyl sulfone, provides sulfur, a vital buiding block of joints, cartiilage, skin, hair and nails, and methyl groups, to support energy production.

Instructions: Shake or stir 1 scoop (1 tsp/5grams) to be taken internally with your morning drink of choice. Dilute to enrich taste.

    My husband and I faithfully take the MSM flakes in our AIM products that we drink daily, and we can tell the difference it makes in our joints that give us issues from playing sports and growing up on a farm's wear and tear on the body! Highly recommend it and if you haven't tried it, please do you won't be disappointed.

    A friend recommended this to me after I mentioned that I suffered a recent knee contusion in my knee that I had surgery on 10 years ago. I believe that it has helped relieve knee pain and has hopefully aided in cartilage healing / strengthening. I like mixing it with OJ or another sweet juice since it has a bitter taste and this helps cut the sweetness of the juice. I've had no bad side effects taking this supplement as oppose to taking Advil or other NSAID drugs for pain and aches.

    I started taking the MSM Flakes a couple of months ago. I suffer from chronic inflammation due to two autoimmune diseases. My marker for inflammation (SED Rate) has not been in the normal range since 1994. I had taken blood tests after a month of taking the MSM Flakes, and my SED Rate results came back way below the normal limit, and I have more energy. I was stunned and happy! It is now part of my daily routine by adding it to my morning tea. I highly recommend it! Thank you!!
