I started using Gel-Out several years ago. It has been the best otc pain reliever i have ever used, and I will continue using it as long as possible.
I have a knee that gets warm and may need a knee replacement in the future. I am trying to avoid that. I use the gelout on it morning and evening and sometimes remember to use the gel out flakes. This reduces the inflammation and cools the knee. I like it.
This product seems to reduce my muscle aches and pain‘s. I like using both the oral and the topical versions. When my IT band is tight or I have tension in my shoulders, I just put some of the topical on and a few minutes later I get some relief. It’s a very safe product.
