Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Shipping Rates
- Flat rate shipping: $7.90 per order
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $100
Processing Time Orders are processed and fulfilled within 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Time Once shipped, standard delivery via USPS typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages Gel-out® is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local USPS office or file a claim at usps.com. We're happy to help however we can — reach out at support@gelout.com or 800.866.6299.
Address Errors Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once shipped. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
